Sucker Punch

A mobile version of game jam game I made in 2 days. The player plays as a Kraken and must lurk below the surface, waiting for the right time to strike.

The game has a fully playable APK version for android, and is a fast paced score attack game with multiple enemy types and even a boss! Works great as a touch screen game.

Chariot Kings

Is a fast paced 2D physics racing game. Designed for 4 players in local versus mode, (although containing bots for singleplayer). The game is a fun, silly romp through ancient pixel rome, with 4 playable characters, tons of pickups to enhance your chariot or toga wearing chariot puller. The game features 5 levels of chaotic chariot action.

"Notes"

A work in progress installation piece, where players can walk around a relaxing environment, leaving hidden notes for the next person who plays the game, or just sit a while and soak in the atmosphere. Rolling rain storms, fog, birds and a cute cat will keep you company.

1D First Person Shooter Prototype

The player cannot aim up or down, only left and right. To ensure skill based gameplay, I implemented a hit-box based system where different body parts can be shot off, and accuracy is rewarded with instant kill headshots. Game features 7 levels, 4 enemy types, 2 guns and all 3D is manually drawn using primitives as Gamemakers 3D functionality is extremely lacking. Bodies float in the water, blood splatters the walls, shells rebound off objects.

Top Down Shooter Prototype

A game designed to have tons of feedback, guns knock the player backwards and recoil, bullets spread and ricochet, leave smoke trails. Game features a 'survivor' style horde spawning system.
